Terms of use

From time to time the Fairer Parking Scheme may issue promotions as part of our promotional and loyalty customer campaigns (“Promotions”). Participation in a Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and any additional terms specific to a particular Promotion that we may publish on our Website. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions, do not register to participate in a Promotion.

  1. Definitions

    “Fairer Parking Scheme” is a reference to Fairer Parking Scheme Limited (company registration number 10289350) of 10 Flask Walk, London NW3 1HE, England;
    “you”, “your” and “yours” are references to you the person who has registered to participate in a Promotion;
    “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Fairer Parking Scheme; and
    “Website” is a reference to this website, www.fairerparking.co.uk .

  2. General terms applicable to all Promotions
    1. The promoter is Fairer Parking Scheme Ltd.
    2. In order to access our Promotions you must be aged 18 years or older and have submitted a completed questionnaire to us providing us with your details.
    3. Certain Promotions may be limited by time and will only be available for the period specified.
    4. All Promotions are subject to availability and where there are insufficient stocks of promotional items available then a particular Promotion may be suspended, withdrawn or terminated.
    5. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time.
    6. No gift card, coffee card or vouchers may be redeemed for cash and you are not entitled to sell these for cash.
    7. You are only entitled to participate in one Promotion per Parking Charge Notice.
    8. A gift cards or a coffee card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or misplaced by the holder.
    9. Additional terms and conditions may be found on the back of the coffee card or gift cards.
    10. Fairer Parking Scheme has selected the retailers that participate in its Promotions with care however it does not offer any warranty or promise in relation to the goods or services provided by participating retailers. Should you have any issues or complaints with the goods or services offered by a participating retailer we strongly recommend that you make this known to the participating retailer as soon as possible.
  3. Cash Back Offer
    1. Cash back offers are only applicable at participating retail park car parks and if you have had a Parking Charge Notice issued at the participating site.
    2. In order to qualify for the cash back offer you must pay the Parking Charge Notice within 28 days of the date of the notice. In order to claim your cash back you must complete and submit the online questionnaire.
    3. Any subsequent purchases from a single retail outlet located at the participating retail park (which must be the retail park where you incurred the Parking Charge Notice) will entitle you to receive cash up to an amount equal to a maximum of 10% of the value of the receipt subject to an overall maximum of £10. Purchases must be made within 60 days of the date the Parking Charge Notice was paid.
    4. To claim your cash you will need to post or email us a photograph or copy of the receipt for your purchase detailing your purchase from an outlet at the participating retail park within 60 days of the date the Parking Charge Notice was paid. The photograph or copy must clearly show the date of purchase which must be later than the date the Parking Charge Notice was paid. All post should be sent to Fairer Parking Scheme, PO Box 3593, Barnet, EN5 9RA. Emails can be sent to offers@fairerparking.co.uk .
    5. Cash back claims will be processed within 21 days of receipt and successful claims will result in a credit of the cash back amount being made to the credit or debit card which was used to pay the Parking Charge Notice.
    6. You may only submit one receipt per claim.
    7. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.
  4. Coffee Cards
    1. When you pay a Parking Charge Notice within 28 days of the date of the Parking Charge Notice you will be entitled to claim a free coffee card.
    2. Coffee cards may be redeemed at any Starbucks outlet located in the United Kingdom and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
    3. Each coffee card entitles the holder to spend £3 on any Starbucks product and may be used in part payment for any item sold at a Starbucks outlet.
    4. Claims for coffee cards will be processed within 14 days and a coffee card will be posted to your address, if successful.
    5. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.
  5. Uber offer
    1. When you pay a Parking Charge Notice within 28 days of the date of the Parking Charge Notice you can select to claim a free journey with Uber up to the value of £10.
    2. This offer is only available to first time users of the Uber service. If you are an existing Uber customer, you will not be eligible to receive this offer.
    3. You will receive an email from Fairer Parking Scheme with a valid offer code for your first Uber journey within 14 days of paying your Parking Charge Notice.
    4. To redeem the offer, you can either download the Uber app to your phone and enter the offer code under 'promotions' or through the following link: https://get.uber.com/go/fairerparking.
    5. You will need to create an account with Uber and agree to Uber’s terms and conditions (http://t.uber.com/t&cs).
    6. This offer expires on 31/12/2018.
    7. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.
